Right for the person who has few assets, parenting plan does not involve domestic violence, no investments
In other words, the LLLT is right for cases without complex issues involving parenting, assets or debts.
A LLLT is able to prepare documents, file them, help you prepare for court, attend mediation, and submit documents to the court. She can even answer questions about facts in your case that a judge may have.
A LLLT cannot represent you in court and make arguments of law, help if you are facing bankruptcy, need to divide retirement assets after a divorce, or other complex matters.
